Floating axle kits for 22mm KTM style axles and swing arms (22.5 to present) .

Floating adapter is madwe from 304l Stainless Steel

Kit includes: Left axle block, Right axle block, Floating Adapter, Backing Nut.

Install Instructions
Remove axel from bike

Place OEM axle block in vise and use a torch to add heat to the aluminum axle block, place Backing Nut on axle and snug it up to the axle nut.
USE WRENCH ON BACKING NUT NOT ON AXLE NUT

Unthread axle from OEM Block

Clean Floating Adaptor well with brake cleaner

Use red thread locker on Adapter threads

Thread axel into Floating Adaptor until tight

Put axle back into the swing arm and use a center punch to peen the thread between the adapter and axle to ensure that it will not come unthreaded while tighting the axle during a wheel change
