25mm KTM, GAS GAS, HUSKY FLOATING AXEL BLOCK KITS
These kits are made for 25mm diameter axles for KTM (22.5 and older)
304L Stainless Steel adapter to convert OEM axles to floating axles like the Japanese bikes.
Kit includes: Left Axle Block, Right Axle Block, Floating Adapter, and Backing Nut.
Install Instructions
Remove axel from bike
Place OEM axle block in vise and use a torch to add heat to the aluminum axle block, place Backing Nut on axle and snug it up to the axle nut.
USE WRENCH ON BACKING NUT NOT ON AXLE NUTUnthread axle from OEM Block
Clean Floating Adaptor well with brake cleaner
Use red thread locker on Adapter threads
Thread axel into Floating Adaptor until tight
Put axle back into the swing arm and use a center punch to peen the thread between the adapter and axle to ensure that it will not come unthreaded while tighting the axle during a wheel change
